All Veloura products are made to order. This allows us to reduce waste while creating each piece with care.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
