At Veloura, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll work with our production partner to resolve the problem as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we'll assist you in working with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner.
